Join us at the Goodyear Community Park from 8am - Noon. Health and wellness organizations that would like to be vendors at this event need to return this vendor form to us by August 15th.

This event is currently being planned, 5:30 - 6pm social and 6 - 7pm program. Appetizers and wine flights will be served. $10 a ticket
